HOW TO BUY SAFELY
How can I safely purchase an item?
Only purchase items through our integrated paypal checkout that you can find on the product page or in the offers section. It will give you a Paypal buyer protection, under which you are eligible for a refund when the item doesn’t arrive, is not as described or fake. Make sure to have the correct address on your paypal account.
What happens if my item doesn’t arrive?
If after some weeks your order still didn’t arrive, please get in touch with the seller for the tracking number of your parcel. If this is unavailable or if there is a problem with tracking the parcel, please contact paypal immediately. You will be eligible for a refund under PayPal's Buyer protection in case the item didn’t arrive.
What happens if I receive a fake item?
You shall be eligible for a full refund under the paypal buyer protection in case the item you received turns out to be proven counterfeit. First steps you should do is contact paypal for their assistance. If you have any questions feel free to contact our support.
What if I want to return my purchase?
As per PayPal's Purchase Protection you can return an item if it was described inaccurately by the seller. For example you bought an item described as “new,” but received something that was used.
